CORPORATE MENU

Gracious Fusion offers all types of corporate catering, from platters to fine dining plated boardroom lunches. We also offer delicious & healthy daily lunch meals, delivered directly to your office or home. Depending on your requirements, meals can be served either buffet style or can be delivered in pre-packed individual microwaveable packaging. Let us take the hassle and stress out of your day of business.

SPECIAL OCCASION MENU

From a birthday, special dinner to family reunion or an affair of eating together, Gracious Fusion take pride by providing a memorable catering experience. We can cater for a range from 20 to 200. Get us to cater your favourite dishes or be surprised by what our culinary team can put together for you. We can do traditional or themed meals in a canape', plated, buffet, Braai option. We offer a wide range of cuisines and styles and encourage clients to get involved in choosing the menus we put together to create the perfect dining experience. We also keep up to date with the latest food trends and pride ourselves in presenting our food in fresh and interesting ways.

Our homemade chilli sauce made from a range of locally produced, versatile and delicious. Scrumptious when spicing up a meal or liven up those cheese and crackers. Our chillies are 100% natural ingredients, 100% Vegetarian, NO Sugar, NO preservatives. All products are organic.

FESTIVAL

We have two events that we celebrate.

1. MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATION

Every year, on the 1st week of May, Gracious Fusion honour women in a glamorous ways. Mother's Day Celebration is a celebration honouring the mother of the family, as well as motherhood, maternal bond and the influence of mother in society. The evening will be filled with, Photoboot, Chocolate & wine tasting, Speech and tribute to all mother, a surprise speaker. Three courses Menu, Music Entertainment, Give Aways and many more...

2. CALABASH AFRICAN FOOD AND MUSIC FESTIVAL

Calabash festival will feature different African Business and Entrepreneur, particularly francophone business establish in South Africa. Different business and entrepreneur will join forces to create the taste of Africa, not only the food but as well their riches and beauty found in Africa. The event will take place in Johannesburg, South Africa, for two day during Cultural day, Saturday and Sunday.
